Dr. S. B. Navarathne is Senior Lecturer at the Department of Food Science & Technology, University of Sri Jayewardenepura. He obtained B.Sc.(Agri)(Hons) Peradeniya. M.Phil(Ruhuna),Ph.D.(Ruhuna).

His research interests are in Cereal Science and Technology, Bakery Science and Technology, Fat and oil Technology,  Post Harvest Technology.
