Dr. B. Asiri Perera is Senior Lecturer at the Department of Chemistry, University of Sri Jayewardenepura. She obtained B.Sc.(Colombo), M.Sc., Ph.D.(Wichita State University).

Her research interests are in Comparison of migration behavior of contaminants from plastic bottles to food. Cleavage of Bisnitrophenyl phosphate using peptides.
